The report includes the statements of 9 Senators and testimony by 5 witnesses. The witnesses include leaders from the USDA Food Safety and Inspection Service, the Center for Infectious Diseases, the FDA Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition, the USDA Economic Research Service, and the National Association of Federal Veterinarians.
