Rzetelność przywoływana jest w kontekście organizacji sądów i powoływania sędziów, w kontekście funkcji procesu karnego oraz regulacji w większym lub mniejszym stopniu umożliwiających ich realizację, w kontekście innych zasad procesu karego, czy też w kontekście regulacji odnoszących się do dowodów.
