Es la primera vez que la metodología semasiológica enfoca un corpus integrado por un conjunto de textos como las Constituciones Iberoamericanas, en cuanto privilegiado lugar socio-cultural. En él han trabajado distintos autores, desde ángulos muy diversos, dada la perspectiva fenotextual adoptada como instrucción utópica resultante de los valores socio-culturales que les han servido de estímulo genotextual. Se ha partido del principio de que la materia verbal hecha texto constitucional no es materia inerte sino estímulos de significativa energía socio-cultural desde la que se proyecta la voluntad del ser y hacer utópicos del comportamiento cívico-social de los pueblos iberoamericanos.
