La situación actual del mercado laboral
El presente volumen recoge la mayor parte de las ponenecias presentadas en las IJornadas niversitarias sobre la situación actual del mercado laboral, celebradas los días 20 y 21 de Noviembre de 2012 en la Universidad RRey Juan Carlos de Madrid, Campus de fuenlabrada cuyo principal objetivo es el de ampliar el concimiento de la realidad vivida en la actualidad para así fomentar un espiritu critico y facilitar la toma de decisiones. Las temáticas tratadas pueden ser agrupadas en tres grandes bloques 1) análisis de la interrelación entre el empleo y otros aspectos de gran relevancia socioeconómica. 2) Análisis de las características generales del mercado laboral. 3) Análisis de las características de determinados colectivos en situación de riesgo.
Geschlechterungleichheiten in Arbeit, Wohlfahrtsstaat und Familie
In den letzten Jahrzehnten gab es Erfolge in der Bekämpfung von Ungleichheiten zwischen Männern und Frauen. Gleichzeitig verringern sich diese Ungleichheiten nur langsam. Die Autor_innen diskutieren die (wohlfahrts-)staatliche Regulierung von Geschlechterverhältnissen. Neben konzeptionellen Überlegungen stehen dabei quantitative und qualitative Befunde zu erwerbsbezogenen, wohlfahrtsstaatlichen und anderen Ungleichheiten im Mittelpunkt. Zudem werden geschlechterbezogene Einstellungen und Orientierungen analysiert. Measuring Varieties of Industrial Relations in Europe
Previous Eurofound research has identified four key dimensions of industrial relations: industrial democracy, industrial competitiveness, social justice, and quality of work and employment. This report seeks to build a set of indicators to measure country performance in industrial relations in terms of these four dimensions and to develop a typology of industrial relations systems, enabling a cross-country analysis of trends. The report focuses particularly on industrial democracy, seen in this context as the core dimension of industrial relations and the most desirable model of work and employment governance.
