La formación de juristas en la era Digital
Este libro pretende demostrar que la metodología empleada para la formación no excluye campo, área o disciplina alguna. Por ende, las metodologías no presenciales son aptas para la enseñanza y el aprendizaje de las ciencias jurídicas. De esta forma, se deja abierto el debate sobre las oportunidades y las bondades que tiene la formación de juristas en una era permeada por las tecnologías de la información. Desde esta perspectiva se logra generar un espacio de reflexión en torno a los procesos de formación y el ejercicio profesional de los juristas en el marco de las nuevas tendencias y herramientas digitales, bajo un enfoque de desarrollo territorial. Por tanto, se evidencia que la estructura teórico-conceptual y el quehacer práctico del Derecho van más allá de la simple operacionalización de la norma jurídica.

Legal Culture in the Age of Globalization
This volume of essays examines how the legal systems of the chief countries of Latin America and Mediterranean Europe—Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Venezuela, France, Italy, and Spain—changed in the last quarter of the 20th century. Through essays that provide a wealth of data on the courts and the legal profession in these countries, the book attempts to relate changes in the operation of the legal systems to changes in the political and social history of the societies in which they are embedded. The details vary, in accordance with the particular history and structure of the countries, but there are also key commonalities that run through all of the stories: democratization, globalization, and changes in the legal order that seem to be worldwide; more power to courts; a growing legal profession; and the entry of women into what was once a masculine club.

About Trees considers our relationship with language, landscape, perception, and memory in the Anthropocene. The book includes texts and artwork by a stellar line up of contributors including Jorge Luis Borges, Andrea Bowers, Ursula K. Le Guin, Ada Lovelace and dozens of others. Holten was artist in residence at Buro BDP. While working on the book she created an alphabet and used it to make a new typeface called Trees. She also made a series of limited edition offset prints based on her Tree Drawings.
