Descendants of Samuel Palk (Paulk, Poulk, Polk) of Massachusetts. The family lived in Connecticut, Georgia, Texas and elsewhere. Includes the related families of Fletcher, Griffin, Harper, Lott, Tucker, Vickers and others.
Pettett & Pettit
Joshua Pettit married Rachel Monroe in about 1762 and they had six or seven children. They lived in New Jersey and later moved to South Carolina. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama and Texas.
Hogan Family & Kin
William Hogan, the immigrant, was living in Gloucester County, Virginia, in 1682. He was born father of four children. He died in Virginia, in 1734. Descendants of his sons, John Hogan (b. ca. 1675) and William Hogan (b. 1680), listed lived in Virginia, North Carolina, Kentucky, Georgia, Tennessee, and elsewhere.
