Pursuant to P.L. 2019, c. 344, § 17 (L.D. 756), the Workers' Compensation Board (the "Board") was tasked with convening a "working group of stakeholders to evaluate issues related to work search and vocational rehabilitation requirements for injured workers and protections for injured workers whose employers have wrongfully not secured workers' compensation payments." As directed in § 17, the Board, on behalf of the working group is submitting this report to the Joint Standing Committee on Labor and Housing."--Introduction
