Handbuch digitale Instrumente der Ökonomischen Bildung
Digitale Instrumente eröffnen vielfältige Potenziale für den Wirtschaftsunterricht. Das Handbuch stellt ausgewählte digitale Werkzeuge vor und zeigt deren Einsatz im Unterricht. Die Beiträge bieten jeweils eine wissenschaftliche Einführung. Ein konkretes Umsetzungsbeispiel zeigt dann, wie digitale Instrumente in verschiedenen Inhaltsbereichen der Ökonomischen Bildung eingesetzt werden können. Damit verzahnen die Beiträge digitalisierungsbezogene und ökonomische Kompetenzen. Zu den Inhaltsbereichen gehören u.a. die berufliche Orientierung, Gründungserziehung, finanzielle und wirtschaftspolitische Bildung, Konsumbildung und Bildung für nachhaltige Entwicklung.
Bildungsreform aus ökonomischer Sicht
Der wirtschaftliche Strukturwandel, der binnenwirtschaftlich durch den Wandel zur Dienstleistungs- und Informationsgesellschaft und weltwirtschaftlich durch die Globalisierung geprägt ist, stellt das deutsche Bildungssystem vor neue Herausforderungen. Um diese Thematik ging es bei der 63. Wissenschaftlichen Tagung der Arbeitsgemeinschaft Deutscher Wirtschaftswissenschaftlicher Forschungsinstitute e. V. (ARGE), die am 11. und 12. Mai 2000 im Wissenschaftszentrum Berlin durchgeführt wurde und deren Beiträge in diesem Band abgedruckt sind.Auf der Tagung, die gemeinsam vom Institut für Weltwirtschaft in Kiel und vom Rheinisch-Westfälischen Institut für Wirtschaftsforschung in Essen vorbereitet worden war, ging es zunächst um die Identifizierung dieser Herausforderungen und im Anschluss daran um den Reformbedarf bei der beruflichen Aus- und Weiterbildung sowie der Schul- und Hochschulausbildung. Allen Beiträgen gemeinsam ist die Betonung der erhöhten Qualifikationsanforderungen, die sich im Zuge des Strukturwandels für die Erwerbspersonen ergeben, sowie der Notwendigkeit, das Prinzip des lebenslangen Lernens im deutschen Bildungssystem stärker zu verankern.
