O stress no trabalho do docente da pós-graduação
O objetivo geral desta pesquisa foi investigar a psicodinâmica do stress e possíveis implicações para a saúde e subjetividade de docentes de uma renomada universidade pública do Estado de São Paulo, e cujo programa de pós-graduação se caracteriza pela alta produtividade e excelência. Foram utilizados como instrumentos metodológicos: Questionário e Entrevistas Semiestruturadas. O questionário permitirá mapear transtornos mentais comuns (TMCs) pelo Self Report Questionnaire (SRQ-20) e existência de stress pelo Inventário de Sintomas de Stress de Lipp (ISSL). Espera-se contribuir para compreensão da psicodinâmica do trabalho, seus impasses, dilemas e conflitos, com destaque aos processos de saúde-doença, reconhecimento/não-reconhecimento e contradições prazer-sofrimento. Finalmente, a metodologia proposta servirá para avaliar o stress no âmbito ocupacional dos docentes da Pós-Graduação do Brasil e América Latina.

This paper discusses how wars of ideas can be waged, using the author's extensive experience, both as director general of the Institute of Economic Affairs (IEA) and at other classical liberal think tanks.
