INNOVATION RESEARCH IN THE ERA OF MBKM
Education and Learning process in higher education always growth and expand. Especially in pandemic Covid -19 situation, higher education have to adapt with situation and innovate with how to deliver knowledge and sharpening skill. However in pandemic Covid-19 situation or crisis always have opportunities to elevate learning method. For Lectures and students cooperate together to make teaching and learning became great experience, and get more knowledge and skill together. In this article, I shared my experience with challenges when delivered Business Plan knowledge and skill, and also how to increase entrepreneurial motivation, skill and entrepreneurial spirit of the students. The strategies with combining teaching and coaching method at Management Department, Universitas Kristen Maranatha in 2021. Hopefully this article can give more information and give insight for other educators who have the same challenges to use the same method or combining coaching method to give better entrepreneurial knowledge, skill, and intention for our students.

TELAGA NGEBEL DI TYCHI
Bagaimana jadinya jika sebuah telaga, Telaga Ngebel ada di ruang hotel? Tak terbayangkan, imajinasi berkeliaran kemana-mana ketika alam bebas itu masuk ke dalam ruang yang bertepi, persegi dan berukuran puluhan atau hanya ratusan meter. Wajah itu ceria, seceria suasana Ngebel, yang terbias dengan pantulan sinar matahari. Gadis bermata biru itu mampu menyembunyikan kesedihannya di hadapan orang banyak. Dunia tak selebar daun kelor, tekadnya dalam hati. Laki-laki bukan hanya dia, batinnya menyambung. Itulah tema antologi cerita mini yang ditulis oleh guru-guru SMA di Jawa Timur, peserta workshop penulisan fiksi dan nonfiksi.
TRADISI SUNGKEMAN DAN SHOPAHOLIC
Tradisi sungkeman, dan shopaholic: dua kebiasaan yang bertolak belakang, dan keduanya tak ada hubungan. Satunya kebiasaan lama yang menjadi budaya, dan yang lain kebiasaan baru yang datang belakangan. Seringkali kebiasaan baru menggeser kebiasaan lama, yang keduanya memang tak ada hubungannya sama sekali. Sungkeman, tradisi lama yang ‘dikeramatkan’ dan keberadaannya cenderung memprihatinkan bagi kalangan muda, sementara shopaholic kebiasaan baru yang mulai digandrungi. Tema ini menjadi sentral pemikiran guru-guru SMA di Jawa Timur yang dikemas dalam antologi artikel. Menarik, dan perlu menjadi perhatian kita.
