This is an open access book. The International Conference on Education, Humanities, and Social Science (ICEHoS) is an activity in the form of an international conference by presenting new studies and research results in the fields of Education, Humanities, and Social Sciences. The Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program is the organizer of this international conference. ICEHoS is the second conference held by us and will be held virtually due to the COVID-19 Pandemic which has not shown a better situation.The 2nd ICEHoS 2022 conference is expected to be able to bring together national and international scale researchers, academics, practitioners, students, and community and industry activists in our chosen fields. Considering the COVID-19 pandemic which has impacted various lines, especially research in this field, the 2nd ICEHoS 2022 international conference has the main theme, “The future education in society 5.0 to build a strong learning connection.”
Directory of World Cinema: Africa
Eschewing the postcolonial hubris that suggests Africa could only define itself in relation to its colonizers, a problem plaguing many studies published in the West on African cinema, this entry in the Directory of World Cinema series instead looks at African film as representing Africa for its own sake, values, and artistic choices. With a film industry divided by linguistic heritage, African directors do not have the luxury of producing comedies, thrillers, horror films, or even love stories, except perhaps as DVDs that do not travel far outside their country of production. Instead, African directors tend to cover serious sociopolitical ground, even under the cover of comedy, in the hopes of finding funds outside Africa. Contributors to this volume draw on filmic representations of the continent to consider the economic role of women, rural exodus, economic migration, refugees and diasporas, culture, religion and magic as well as representations of children, music, languages and symbols. I-COFFEES 2019
The International Conference on Fundamental Rights (I-COFFEES) is an international conference organized by the Faculty of Law, Universitas Lampung, to be an international scientific forum for researchers, academics, and practitioners. The first I-COFFEES were held in 2018 at the Novotel Hotel, Bandar Lampung, Indonesia. In 2019, the Second I-COFFEES were held on 5-6 August at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Lampung, Indonesia. “Fundamental Rights” has been chosen for the main theme of the Second I-COFFEES with a focus field on Law and Development, Women and Children, Ethnic and Religion, Law and Public Policy, Local Government, Business Law and Disruption, Pengayoman Law, Village Development and Communal Rights, and International and Human Rights. The conference was attended by national and international delegates from university academics, researchers, and practitioners. In total, there are 71 papers presented, with only 28 papers published.

Salah satu lembaga yang memiliki kewenangan, tugas dan fungsi dalam penerimaan pengaduan masyarakat terkait dengan pelanggaran hak-hak anak adalah Komisi Perlindungan Anak Indonesia (KPAI).Mekanisme penerimaan pengaduan KPAI dapat diterima dalam bentuk pengaduan langsung dan pengaduan tidak langsung. Pengaduan langsung adalah pengaduan yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat yang langsung datang ke Kantor KPAI, Jl. Teuku Umar No. 10-12 Menteng Jakarta Pusat, sedangkan pengaduan tidak langsung adalah pengaduan pelanggaran hak-hak anak yang disampaikan oleh masyarakat melalui media pelayanan pengaduan, baik telp, fax, email, media cetak, elektronik, media sosial dan lainnya. KPAI wajib menerima seluruh pengaduan masyarakat terkait dengan pelanggaran hak-hak anak, setelah pengaduan diterima maka KPAI melakukan analisis dan kajian. Untuk kasus yang berkaitan dengan pelanggaran hak anak dalam bidang keluarga dan pengasuhan, maka KPAI akan melakukan pemanggilan terhadap para pihak yang berkaitan dengan kasus tersebut. PICEI 2022
Pedagogika International Conference on Educational Innovation (PICEI) is an international conference held by the Faculty of Education, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. This conference took place at Damhil Hotel, Gorontalo, Indonesia, on 15 September 2022. The conference covers six disciplines in the Faculty of Education which are Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, Non-formal Education, Guidance and Counselling, Educational Management, and Psychology. The theme of the conference is “Building Resilience in Education in the Time of New Normal”. This conference activity is designed for stakeholders, practitioners, and students in the educational environment. In its implementation, scientific conferences collaborate with 10 (ten) universities and ISMAPI as the co-host with 25 articles published in this proceedings.
