The study of the Polish tax system and policy which enriches knowledge of developments in one of the largest and most rapidly changing states in Europe. The authors describe legal regulations and recommendations (EU, WTO, WCO, GATS and TRIPS) which influenced and/or changed Customs Duty Law and its application on the territory of Poland after its accession to the EU.
