In western societies, the growth in use of information and communication technology in schools and classrooms-particularly Internet connectivity has been rapid. This explores the dynamics of ICT and the issues surrounding its implementation.

This book constitutes extended papers from the Second International Conference on Technology in Education, ICTE 2015, held in Hong Kong, China, in July 2015.
