This volume LNCS 12925 constitutes the papers of the 23rd International Conference on Big Data Analytics and Knowledge Discovery, held in September 2021. Due to COVID-19 pandemic it was held virtually. The 12 full papers presented together with 15 short papers in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from a total of 71 submissions.
