O projeto de extensão "Popularização da morfologia para alunos e professores da rede pública de ensino", o POPMORF, vinculado a Universidade Federal do Piauí, Campus Senador Helvídio Nunes de Barros, Picos-PI, celebra seus cinco anos de existência pulsante, engajadora e inspiradora para alunos e professores da região. Esta obra faz parte da comemoração deste feito, junto a todos os que fizeram e fazem parte dessa história, em especial, as dezenas de alunos de graduação voluntários e bolsistas, as centenas de alunos do ensino fundamental e médio, bem como os professores, coordenadores e diretores das escolas participantes, além de todo corpo técnico e docente da UFPI que colaborou com cada uma das ações realizadas pelo projeto. Os capítulos deste livro trazem não apenas informações sobre os métodos de atuação do POPMORF, mas também compila depoimentos de alunos extensionistas, relatos dos desafios enfrentados e as soluções encontradas em tempos de isolamento social, relatos da ampliação da acessibilidade através do "POPMORF em Libras" e seus desafios, além de lançar o olhar para o futuro, refletindo sobre as perspectivas futuras para o projeto.

About Trees considers our relationship with language, landscape, perception, and memory in the Anthropocene. The book includes texts and artwork by a stellar line up of contributors including Jorge Luis Borges, Andrea Bowers, Ursula K. Le Guin, Ada Lovelace and dozens of others. Holten was artist in residence at Buro BDP. While working on the book she created an alphabet and used it to make a new typeface called Trees. She also made a series of limited edition offset prints based on her Tree Drawings.
