Propriedades fotoluminescentes da matriz cerâmica BaBi2Nb2O9 (BBN) tri-dopada com Er3+/Tm3+/Yb3+
Neste trabalho, amostras policristalinas dos sistemas tetragonais BaBi2Nb2O9 (BBN), BBN co-dopado com Er3+/Yb3+ e BBN tri-dopado com Tm3+/Er3+/Yb3+ foram sintetizadas pelo método de estado sólido de alta temperatura. Difração de raios-X, microscopia eletrônica de varredura e fotoluminescência à temperatura ambiente foram utilizadas para analisar as propriedades estruturais, morfológicas e óticas dos sistemas luminescentes. Os resultados indicam que todas as composições cristalizam no grupo espacial I4/mmm à temperatura ambiente e exibem emissões UC sob excitação em 980nm por laser infravermelho.
