El presente informe pretende mostrar la investigación y la innovación que en Andalucía se desarrolla en torno a los Servicios Sociales. Los dos primeros capítulos están centrados en una explotación de la base de datos WoS, analizando la producción relativa a Servicios Sociales en Andalucía y sus áreas de intervención, así como en el análisis, mediante el uso de softwares de mapeo científico, de las palabras clave, las personas autoras y las instituciones a las que pertenecen. El tercer capítulo está centrado en el análisis del Sistema de Información Científica de Andalucía (SICA) en tres cuestiones principales: el tipo de producción, las redes de autoría, y la fuente de financiación. El cuarto capítulo aborda el análisis cualitativo de 29 entrevistas a personas expertas del ámbito académico y profesional, y 4 grupos de discusión con profesionales en el que se identifican estrategias de actuación, buenas prácticas, e investigaciones e innovaciones relevantes.
