Father, Son, Unholy Ghost
On August 14. 1990, a sniper massacred 41 innocent people from a high-rise building in Houston, Texas. The sniper, Kenneth Wilson, is killed by police. Kenneth turns out to be a University of Texas student, who by all accounts, is the least likely person to commit any crime, much less one as horrific as mass murder. Detective Deke Sullivan is assigned the case of finding a motive for the killings and any possible connection to subversive groups. Kenneth left a journal detailing the months prior to the killings. He recounts how he suddenly is unable to stay wake after 11 a.m., and sleeps until at least 3 p.m. every day. He also tells of things that he has done during his “sleeping” hours....
