Rusty Verses (Mugibson) Rusty Verses closes up to the trilogy of my poetry works I set out to put out to the world. It is the second, and central book, after Stellar Youth and Burify . Its a much lengthier volume, as most pieces are of a great length. The book opens with a poem "Blunt", about a relationship gone bad, because of the couple's way differing views of relationships. I weep the loss of the love of my life to a DJ on "DJ's In Love". I take the readers on a romantic escape in my "Can't Escape" poem, about the power of love. In "No Longer A Slave", i share a word of encouragement to people out there who like me, might feel stuck in their current various situations at some time in lif...
Growing up, one constanly experiences various emotions, encounters, and changes as well. In a quest to share my story, thoughts on different aspects of life, i got the inspiration to pen down this body of art, the finnest I could come up with. These poems I have compiled into, 3 poetry collective books with Stellar Youth being the lead release. Stellar Youth, stands out with two words; Stellar (Wonderful) and Youth (since i wrote these poems in my teenage years). It is a balanced collection of soul-wrenching prose, and light inspirational poems, with some that are romantic, satirical, informative, philosophical at the same time. On "My Lost Valentine", i tell a story of an aged couple, in th...
We all have that one particular time, when laziness sets, especially when you know you ought to do something. Such a moment set in, was in my vacation as I struggled to find the urge to write, but well atleast I tried my level best. So, BURIFY, comes from a place where i wanted to come up with a creative name that is really short for a poetry book, being the third of the 3 i put out.; besides "STELLAR YOUTH" and "RUSTY Verses". I wanted it to have a brief title,as most pieces written in here in it are really short, with a few exceptions that are slighly lengthy. The lead poetry piece "Flowers" is only about 6 to 7 lines only, second to it in being short is "Dilemma". The longest must be "Leg...
Modern romance is broken. It's time to flip the script. Apps have transformed dating from a mysterious adventure into a daily chore. Young, single, college-educated women are sick and tired of competing for a shrinking supply of guys. And marriage-material men, long expected to take the lead when it comes to asking women out, are suddenly balking at making the first move, fearing they'll come across as creepy or inappropriate. Society is changing, which means it's time for dating to evolve. Millennial and Gen Z women are more than capable of seeking out what—and who—they want. They're standouts in the classroom and champions on the playing fields. They're leaders in the workplace and tra...
The purpose of this and future volumes of the Handbook of Genetics is to bring together a collection of relatively short, authoritative essays or annotated compilations of data on topics of~ignificance to geneticists. Many of the essays will deal with various aspects of the biology of certain species selected because they are favorite subjects for genetic investigation in nature or the laboratory. Often there will be an encyclopedic amount o( information available on such a species, with new papers appearing daily. Most of these will be written for specialists in a jargon that is bewildering to a novice and sometimes even to a veteran geneticist working with evolu tionarily distant organisms...
Titled from lyrics of the song “Nobody Home” by Pink Floyd, this well-thought poetry collection touches on the subjects of loss, love, pain, happiness, depression, abandonment, war, good vs. evil, alcoholism, religion, and complicated family relationships. Written mostly in metered, rhyming stanzas, Black Book of Poems provides a non-threatening platform for reflection and meditation on life’s most difficult challenges. This collection offers a refreshingly honest approach to life and love that feels realistic and relatable to everyone.
