Heirat in Japan
Vor dem Hintergrund des demografischen Wandels und der stark problematisierten Veränderungen des Heiratsverhaltens untersucht Nora Kottmann die Bedeutung der Heirat für junge Erwachsene und deren Lebensentwürfe in Japan. Mittels einer qualitativen Interviewstudie zeigt sie einerseits die anhaltende Bedeutung der Heirat auf, andererseits legt sie jedoch auch ‚neue‘ Lebensentwürfe – basierend auf unterschiedlichen romantischen und solidarischen Beziehungsformen – offen. Erstmals beleuchtet die Autorin hierbei die von der bisherigen Forschung vernachlässigten Themenbereiche „Liebe“, „Partnerschaft“ und „Freundschaft“.
