The 3rd International Conference of Business, Accounting, and Economics (ICBAE) 2022 continued the agenda to bring together researchers, academics, experts and professionals in examining selected themes by applying multidisciplinary approaches. This conference is the third intentional conference held by the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto and it is a bi-annual agenda of this faculty. In 2022, this event will be held on 10-11 August at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto. The theme of the 3rd ICBAE UMP 2022 is “Innovation in Economic, Finance, Business, and Entrepreneurship for Sustainable Economic Development”. It is expected that this event may offer a contribution for both academics and practitioners to conduct research related to Business, Accounting, and Economics Related Studies. Each contributed paper was refereed before being accepted for publication. The double-blind peer review was used in the paper selection.
This is an annual international conference held by this faculty involving four departments, Accountancy, Economics, Management and Shariah Economics. This year we come with the theme of “Sustainability and Digital Transformation in Global Vulnerability: Current Issues in Economics and Management”. There is a greater consciousness today of the links and inter-dependence of the two topics; scientific research which leads to a better understanding and knowledge of sustainability issues and massive transformation in digital development where the degree of susceptibility of an individual, a community, assets, or system to the impact of hazard has increased because of the physical, social, economic and environmental factors.
This book explores the economic environment in Eurasian countries, particularly investigating the transition economies in Asia, Central Asia and the former Soviet socialist bloc countries. It analyses the region from the perspective of globalisation and economic integration, economic growth and development, international trade and finance, and the energy and natural resources sectors. The second book in a series based on selected papers from the International Conference on Eurasian Economies, it will appeal to anyone who is interested in economies of the region, their transition processes towards a market economy regime, and their integration into the global world.
This is an open access book. The International Conference on Accounting, Management, and Economics (ICAME) is an annual agenda organized by the Faculty of Economics and Business, Hasanuddin University. In 2022, we would like to introduce to you the 7th ICAME with the current theme entitled “Innovation Towards Sustainable Business”. We hope that our conference can add discussions and information from various research towards the discourse of new economic policy in the post-pandemic era. This activity also became an important agenda in publishing scientific papers by academics and became a positive contribution to mapping Indonesia’s future development. Therefore, we would like to invite academics, practitioners, researchers to contribute to the development of economic and business management research through participating in the 7th of ICAME. Buku ini merupakan hasil penelitian yang dibukukan. Tema yang diambil yaitu customer value, brand image, dan atribut produk yang dikaitkan dengan kepuasan dan loyalitas pengunjung wisata pantai di Kabupaten Jember. Tema kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan masuk dalam mata kuliah Manajemen Pemasaran yang juga penting diketahui oleh mahasiswa sebagai tema tugas akhir. Semoga dapat memberikan gambaran betapa kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan penting untuk diperhatikan bagi organisasi atau unit usaha yang bergerak di bidang industri jasa.
Buku berjudul Perilaku Organisasi dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Teori dan Konsep) merupakan salah satu buku yang fokus mengkaji perilaku organisasi dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior sebagai bagian dari Ilmu Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia. Buku ini tersusun dalam Tujuh Bab meliputi Pendahuluan, Perkembangan Teori dan Konsep Organisasi, Organizational Citizenship Behavior OCB), Manfaat OCB bagi Organisasi, Konsep dalam Organisasi, Study Empirik tentang OCB, dan Penutup. Buku ini berupaya memberikan ulasan mengenai teori dan konsep SDM dan Organisasi, serta OCB dari berbagai pendapat Ahli. Penjelasan konseptual tersebut disertai pula dengan penjelasan yang rinci berkaitan dengan pokok permasalahan yang dibahas, dimana dalam buku ini dituliskan sub tema yang relavan untuk memperjelas konsep. Layanan, Customer experience dan Switching Barriers harus mampu membangkitkan sensasi dan pengalaman yang akan menimbulkan loyalitas konsumen. Produk harus mampu membangkitkan sensasi dan pengalaman yang akan menumbuhkan kepuasan konsumen. Retail service yang baik membuat seorang pelanggan tertarik untuk mengunjungi, merasa nyaman melakukan pembelian, dan mendapatkan semua produk yang dibutuhkan maupun diinginkan sehingga pelanggan merasa puas dan loyal pada ritel tersebut (Barry Berman, Evans, and Chatterjee 2018).
Bidang ilmu komunikasi semakin dianggap signifikan. dari berbagai bidang, termasuk sastra, ekonomi, psikologi, dan bahkan teknik dan kedokteran, serta mereka yang memiliki latar belakang komunikasi, mempelajari ilmu komunikasi. Diyakini bahwa ilmu komunikasi dapat menghubungkan proses penciptaan pengetahuan seorang guru dengan interaksi siswanya dengan orang lain di masyarakat. Buku ini dibuat dengan harapan bisa berkontribusi sebagai kajian yang ditujukan untuk memahami komunikasi manusia. Ilmu Komunikasi telah berkembang menjadi bidang studi multidisiplin dalam artian merupakan ilmu interdisipliner.
Bio-Inspired Strategies for Modeling and Detection in Diabetes Mellitus Treatment focuses on bio-inspired techniques such as modelling to generate control algorithms for the treatment of diabetes mellitus. The book addresses the identification of diabetes mellitus using a high-order recurrent neural network trained by the extended Kalman filter. The authors also describe the use of metaheuristic algorithms for the parametric identification of compartmental models of diabetes mellitus widely used in research works such as the Sorensen model and the Dallaman model.
