Evaluation d'indices pachymétriques en topographie d'élévation dans la dystrophie endothéliale de Fuchs
Le diagnostic de la dystrophie endothéliale de Fuchs (FECD) repose sur un faisceau d'arguments phénotypiques allant de la découverte de gouttes à la lampe à fente (LAF) à l'œdème de cornée. Nous avons réalisé une étude prospective, observationnelle dans le service d'Ophtalmologie de l'Hôtel-Dieu de Paris, incluant 114 yeux de 67 patients, répartis en trois groupes : 34 yeux dans le groupe 1 (FECD asymptomatique), 38 yeux dans le groupe 2 (FECD symptomatique), et 42 yeux dans le groupe 3 (Contrôle). Le caractère symptomatique était défini par la présence d'un dérouillage visuel matinal exprimé par le patient. La pachymétrie était mesurée avec un topographe Pentacam ®. Nous avons calculé différents indices: le Peripheral Volume Index PVI ; le Corneal Peripheral-to-central Volume Ratio CPVR 3/7 ; les Corneal Peripheral-to-central Thickness Ratio à 4 et 6 mm, CPTR4 et CPTR6.
