El carrusel sindical y la autocracia sindical son dos conductas contrarias a la finalidad sindical, es decir, a la defensa y promoción de los intereses sociales y económicos de trabajadores afiliados a una organización sindical. En el presente libro se propone una corrección jurídica contractual a este tipo de conductas contrarias a la naturaleza jurídica de la autonomía colectiva sindical, dejando abierta la puerta al diálogo social, con el fin de solucionar definitivamente una problemática compleja del derecho laboral colectivo.
