VLSI devices downscaling is a very significant part of the design to improve the performance of VLSI industry outcomes, which results in high speed and low power of operation of integrated devices. The increasing use of VLSI circuits dealing with highly sensitive information, such as healthcare information, means adequate security measures are required to be taken for the secure storage and transmission. Advanced Circuits and Systems for Healthcare and Security Applications provides broader coverage of the basic aspects of advanced circuits and security and introduces the corresponding principles. By the end of this book, you will be familiarized with the theoretical frameworks, technical me...
Essentials of Forensic Medicine & Toxicology With Complimentary Workbook - E-Book
Supply chains are faced with a rising complexity with manifold effects. Because of the strong link between a supply chain's complexity and its efficiency, supply chain complexity management becomes a major challenge of today's business management. Therefore logistics and the supply chain management can play a significant role in mastering and managing complexity. The new book, edited by Thorsten Blecker and Wolfgang Kersten, is exemplifying the current progress in complexity management. Separate chapters are dedicated to clarify complexity management in transportation, networks and supply chains. It offers important insights of global and flexible network modelling to manage complexity, comp...
Based on data from the 61st round of the National Sample Survey 2004-2005. Provides an analysis of the conditions of work and lives of the unorganised workers consisting of about 92 per cent of the total workforce of about 457 million (as of 2004-05).
This book is an introduction to the dynamics of reaction-diffusion systems, with a focus on fronts and stationary spatial patterns. Emphasis is on systems that are non-standard in the sense that either the transport is not simply classical diffusion (Brownian motion) or the system is not homogeneous. A important feature is the derivation of the basic phenomenological equations from the mesoscopic system properties. Topics addressed include transport with inertia, described by persistent random walks and hyperbolic reaction-transport equations and transport by anomalous diffusion, in particular subdiffusion, where the mean square displacement grows sublinearly with time. In particular reaction-diffusion systems are studied where the medium is in turn either spatially inhomogeneous, compositionally heterogeneous or spatially discrete. Applications span a vast range of interdisciplinary fields and the systems considered can be as different as human or animal groups migrating under external influences, population ecology and evolution, complex chemical reactions, or networks of biological cells. Several chapters treat these applications in detail.
Renewable energy has the power to generate self-sufficiency in terms of electricity and the ability to be cost-effective and competitive in many areas. However, renewable energies are site specific. It is necessary to assess each case study separately to examine the available resources, environmental constraints and socio-economic factors. Site evaluations include resource categorization, technical practicability, financially viable feasibility and market conditions. The Proposed work focuses on generation of electricity by the help of integrated renewable energy system which includes PV-Wind-Diesel-Storage system for a village Badesatti, Sukma Chhattisgarh. The proposed work evaluates the t...
