O livro reúne os textos que passaram pelo “juízo de admissibilidade” e pelo “julgamento” da Comissão de Jurados do 1º Concurso Poerídica de Criatividade Jurídica. A primeira edição do Concurso admitiu obras autorais, inéditas, nacionais e internacionais, escritas na língua portuguesa em duas categorias: Poesia Jurídica e Crônica Jurídica. Embora esteve aberto ao público em geral que simpatiza com a ideia de Direito/Literatura/Criatividade, o Concurso Poerídica foi destinado especialmente aos estudantes e aos profissionais do Direito. Mas, sobretudo, o Concurso entrou em vigor para abraçar aqueles que não se prendem a uma só teoria e a uma só corrente. Temos a honra de apresentar à comunidade jurídica o compilado “Direito, processo e jurisdição: o poder judiciário em perspectiva”. A obra em questão, apresentada em formato de livro, foi estruturada e organizada a partir da reunião de trabalhos selecionados durante as três primeiras edições do Congresso Internacional de Ciência Jurídica, que se passaram respectivamente nos anos de 2017, 2018 e 2019. A coletânea que orgulhosamente apresentamos, um apanhado de artigos relacionados ao universo processual e jurisdição, é composta por 17 textos escritos por trinta autores dos mais variados níveis de formação, desde estudantes de graduação até professores doutores oriundos dos mais renomados programas de pós graduação strictu sensu brasileiros. A obra, através de seus artigos, apresenta de maneira cientificamente apurada, os temas mais atuais do direito processual e a pesquisa atenta no campo da tutela jurisdicional, demonstrando uma preocupação com a inserção dos resultados no ambiente jurisdicional e na realidade do poder judiciário.
