Die Untersuchung beschäftigt sich mit den primär- und sekundärgemeinschaftsrechtlichen Grenzen nationaler Regelungen der Internet-Werbung. Einführend werden tatsächliche und wirtschaftliche Grundlagen der Internet-Werbung in Europa sowie das Rechtsanwendungsrisiko des Anbieters grenzüberschreitender Internet-Werbung dargestellt. Im zweiten Teil wendet sich die Darstellung der Frage zu, wie Beschränkungen der Werbung im Internet unter der Warenverkehrs- und Dienstleistungsfreiheit zu würdigen sind. Der dritte Teil behandelt das in der E-Commerce-Richtlinie geregelte Herkunftslandprinzip. Unter Rückgriff auf die Warenverkehrs- und Dienstleistungsfreiheit sowie auf das ähnliche Sendestaatsprinzip der Fernsehrichtlinie werden Anwendungsbereich, verbleibendes Schutzniveau der Mitgliedstaaten sowie das Verhältnis des Rechtsprinzips zum Internationalen Privatrecht untersucht.

Berlin Divided City, 1945-1989
A great deal of attention continues to focus on Berlin’s cultural and political landscape after the fall of the Berlin Wall, but as yet, no single volume looks at the divided city through an interdisciplinary analysis.
