Starting in 1895 Paul J. Sorg started manufacturing bicycles in an unused portion of the McSherry Manufacturing Company which he had moved from Dayton in 1893. This space became the Miami Cycle and Manufacturing Company famous for their high quality Raycycle. In 1905 the company started manufacturing the Raycycle motorcycle. Contains a ten page treatise by Roger L. Miller about the Miami Cycle and Manufacturing Plant; reprint of the 2nd edition of the Miami Power Bicycle brochure.
