The record book contains legal notices and brief minutes of School Committee meetings of the Northwestern School District of Ryegate, Vermont. The entries are dated from July 7, 1807 to September 20, 1860. The Northwestern School District became School District No. 6 in 1831. Also included are two notices for meetings held on May 25, 1874 and March 21, 1876, each written on a separate leaf of paper.
