Barito Kuala Dengan mengusung tema Optimalisasi Kemandirian Pangan Dan Ekonomi Dalam Pemanfaatan SDM Desa Hilir Mesjid Sebagai Upaya Peningkatan Kualitas Hidup Dimasa Pandemi Covid-19. Adapun Kegiatan Kelompok Yang dilakukan pada Kelompok 15 disini 2 program utama yaitu Training Floating Farming dan juga Pembuatan Tempat Cuci Tangan dengan inovasi covid-19 serta 2 program kondisional yaitu Tanggap bencana dan penggalangan dana serta Pengobatan Holistik care. serta dengan 9 program kerja tambahan yang diambil dari program individu yang telah dikerjakan.
