Book of exchange created by Sir Francis Knollys. Report of a royal commission on the weight and comparative value of English and Flemish silver, and their exchange rates, February 1564/5. Also a preface and two other new additions of 1578 and 1585 in another hand, which notes that "I, Francis Knollys ... do acknolege my selffe to be the awthore of this hoolle booke".
