Family history and genealogical information about the descendants of Jesse Carby and Susannah Bell. Jesse was born ca. 1762 in Virginia. He was the son of J. Carby and Polly (surname unknown). Susannah was the daughter of John Bell. Jesse and Susannah were married 6 April 1800 in Nelson Co., Kentucky. They lived in Hardin Co., Kentucky and were the parents of four known children. Descendants lived in Kentucky, Virginia, Tennessee, Kansas and elsewhere.
