THE SVETA'S ART PHENOMENON Sveta's art is a state of consciousness as much as it is paper, pencils, and paint. How one can define this phenomenon? The compo...

Artist's Journal is a collection of the various artworks and musings of Sveta Alenina. This compilation of works ranges from Sveta's simple sketches to her short bursts of poetry. Consisting mostly of her various illustrations, this book is exactly what the title describes - the journal of an artist. If artworks could talk - this is how they would do it. Sveta's art is intriguing. The variety of forms and colour that she incorporates into the various illustrations is immense. There are no two works alike, and none of them gave me the feeling of repetitiveness. In the Amazon blurb, Sveta states that the images are more doodles than artworks. I have to disagree on this notion. Doodling implies...

Each book by Sveta Alenina is a continuation of her debate "Artist's journal", where collection of musings and symbols talk about transcendental in some completely new way. Her artist is an inner child who paints Sveta's deep and not easy world.

Sveta Alenina are among those that grasp it fully. You understand being pulled by Other. You work diligently to "grow down" in your everyday efforts to ground Psyche in your artwork. Your work beautifully depicts the road. It gives Psyche a place to say. Your work is the co-creation. You hang on by your fingernails at times, Sveta, but you hang on. Your road is deep and difficult and you pay homage beautifully. Rhonda Davis.
