In 1928 Thorold Township evaluated the water and sewer systems of the Thorold Park subdivision in response to petitions from property owners. The reports, which included recommendations and two survey plans, were prepared by township engineers Ross & Scott. The papers also include a list of property owners in the sewer area, if they were connected to the main sewer and the number of persons in each family.
