The book presents a balance between long-established species and immigrants from the subtropics. Aspects of fishing, ecology and aquarium keeping were also included in this work. In addition, the preparation of crustaceans and echinoderms was also addressed. And furthermore some reports about the breeding of some crustaceans. It would be very welcome, if in the future more people would concern themselves with the care and preservation of the wondrous and multifarious inhabitants of the North Sea. For unfortunately, many of the species shown here seem to be largely unknown to a wider public, which is why they hardly seem to have a real lobby in practice. So, we`d better get to know our endemic species, before they become extinct.

A heat wave works its way under the sea surface with increasing speed from south to north. The season "winter" obviously did not take place at all in the southern North Sea at the turn of the year from 2019 to 2020... The temperature measurements of the Federal Maritime and Hydrographic Agency in Germany speak volumes. Actually, there should be alarm sirens going off all day long... A further indication of the climate catastrophe can be found under the sea surface: namely the shift of the fauna of the English Channel to the north, which is now beginning to establish itself on our coasts in the German Bight. Edwards, Germany, and Transatlantic Contexts
Jonathan Edwards engaged in notable ways with the church in Germany through his writings on spirituality, theology and missiology, but this contribution has rarely been acknowledged in academic publications. In this book scholars who have an interest in both Edwards and the church in Europe offer contributions to a significant worldwide conversation on Edwards's texts and teachings. He found an ally in Martin Luther, sought out encouragement from German Pietists, and engaged with Western traditions of philosophy which proved useful in sharpening subsequent reflection on God's work in the world. Edwards was not just a remote colonial American pastor, but an active participant in the transatlantic republic of letters and contributed to the birth of the global missions movement, for which the church in Germany was itself a significant base.
Fossil Impossible
If you put the fossil relics of prehistoric creatures in relation to the recent species living today, you come to astonishing results. Many fossils, which are supposed to have been formed over millions of years by gradual processes of deposition and fossilisation, testify to the exact opposite! They are therefore actually completely impossible legacies of prehistory. And it is the intention of this work, to make the reader think about this. Beyond that, it is also a matter of showing why science and theology have become completely senseless enemies, and how we are all obviously to be latently influenced. The author of this work was not interested in supporting one side or the other of this conflict. But above all, to re-enter into a factual dialogue and to discard old thought patterns and didactic mistakes. And one thing above all: To learn again, to discuss with each other in a factual, fair and constructive way. Long live the subject!
