"Vitalizing Secondary Education" is a report of the first Commission on Life Adjustment Education for Youth prepared in accordance with the recommendations of the 1947 National Conference in Chicago. It is a summary of some of the Commission's activities in democratizing American secondary education through efforts designed to retain in school all youth of high-school age and to provide appropriate educational programs for them.
