Decision Making Methods with Linguistic Neutrosophic Information: A Review
Linguistic neutrosophic information and its extension have been long recognized as a useful tool in decision-making problems in many areas. This paper briefly describes the development process of linguistic neutrosophic information expressions, and gives in-depth studies on seven different concepts and tools. At the same time, a brief evaluation and summary of the decision-making methods of its various measures and aggregation operators are also made. A comparative analysis of different linguistic neutrosophic sets is made with examples to illustrate the effectiveness and practicability of decision making methods based on multiple aggregation operators and measures. Finally, according to the analysis of the current situation of linguistic neutrosophic information, the related trends of its future development are discussed.

Multiple-Attribute Decision-Making Method Using Similarity Measures of Hesitant Linguistic Neutrosophic Numbers Regarding Least Common Multiple Cardinality
Linguistic neutrosophic numbers (LNNs) are a powerful tool for describing fuzzy information with three independent linguistic variables (LVs), which express the degrees of truth, uncertainty, and falsity, respectively. However, existing LNNs cannot depict the hesitancy of the decision-maker (DM). To solve this issue, this paper first defines a hesitant linguistic neutrosophic number (HLNN), which consists of a few LNNs regarding an evaluated object due to DMs’ hesitancy to represent their hesitant and uncertain information in the decision-making process.
Multiple Attribute Decision-Making Method Using Linguistic Cubic Hesitant Variables
Linguistic decision making (DM) is an important research topic in DM theory and methods since using linguistic terms for the assessment of the objective world is very fitting for human thinking and expressing habits. However, there is both uncertainty and hesitancy in linguistic arguments in human thinking and judgments of an evaluated object. Nonetheless, the hybrid information regarding both uncertain linguistic arguments and hesitant linguistic arguments cannot be expressed through the various existing linguistic concepts.
Operations and Aggregation Methods of Single-Valued Linguistic Neutrosophic Interval Linguistic Numbers and Their Decision Making Method
To comprehensively describe uncertain/interval linguistic arguments and confident linguistic arguments in the decision making process by a linguistic form, this study first presents the concept of a single-valued linguistic neutrosophic interval linguistic number (SVLN-ILN), which is comprehensively composed of its uncertain/interval linguistic number (determinate linguistic argument part) and its single-valued linguistic neutrosophic number (confident linguistic argument part), and its basic operations.

The authors evaluate China's political heritage, from theories of despotism in Chinese civilization to evidence for China's own democratic traditions. They also analyze the more recent political and social crises of the 1980s leading to the massive urban demonstrations in the spring of 1989, with the conflicts that have divided the rural masses, the state, the army, the cultural elite, and the media in China; and they discuss what these events tell us about China's cultural and political future.
Exponential Entropy for Simplified Neutrosophic Sets and Its Application in Decision Making
Entropy is one of many important mathematical tools for measuring uncertain/fuzzy information. As a subclass of neutrosophic sets (NSs), simplified NSs (including single-valued and interval-valued NSs) can describe incomplete, indeterminate, and inconsistent information. Based on the concept of fuzzy exponential entropy for fuzzy sets, this work proposes exponential entropy measures of simplified NSs (named simplified neutrosophic exponential entropy (SNEE) measures), including single-valued and interval-valued neutrosophic exponential entropy measures, and investigates their properties.
