Esta obra colectiva recopila textos sobre temas comunes a la teoría, la gestión y el derecho ambiental, elaborados por académicos allegados a la Escuela de Derecho Ambiental de la Universidad del Rosario, y nace del interés de rendir homenaje a la profesora Gloria Amparo Rodríguez, quien con apoyo, generosidad y grandeza ha contribuido a la construcción del derecho ambiental en Colombia y Latinoamérica. Al mismo tiempo, busca dar cuenta de los aportes de esta Escuela de Derecho Ambiental y propiciar un diálogo en temas relacionados con la protección del ambiente como interés jurídico superior.
