El presente libro pretende clarificar el desarrollo normativo efectuado por el legislador catalán en relación a la autorización ambiental, desarrollando el estudio de las normas que afectan a LPCAA, analizando las contradicciones entre los diferentes regímenes europeo, estatal y autonómico, y apuntando los aspectos de la legislación catalana que debieran ser objeto de mejora, con el fin de garantizar su adecuación a la normativa europea y a la legislación básica estatal.
