Identification of Good Business Management Practices in Eco-Touristic Cooperative Societies in Jalisco, México
The analysis of the trajectory, performance and leadership of the cooperative enterprises in the social economy in various countries of Latin America, is one of the goals of this research in conjunction with the institution's members of ALAFEC. We have identified critical success factors and challenges that cooperatives enterprises face nowadays and require new approaches to their management practices to give answers to the new social challenges they face in their environment, in terms of administrative management and to identify good practices and support their empowerment. This applied research, descriptive and transverse with qualitative approach, presents the context of a cooperative enterprise that provides ecotourism services in the State of Jalisco, Mexico, which is a referent for similar organizations in the sector, identifying these best practices in management of the ecotourism sector.
