Este livro, em comemoração aos dez anos da criação do Grupo de Estudos de Arbitragem da FGV DIREITO SP (GVEArb), traz um pouco da vivência daqueles que auxiliaram a consolidação da FGV DIREITO SP também nessa área do Direito. A Igualdade na Arbitragem
Passadas mais de duas décadas desde que promulgada a Lei de Arbitragem, não há dúvidas que a arbitragem se consagrou como um dos métodos preferidos de resolução de disputas. Superados os entraves iniciais, em razão dos esforços da comunidade acadêmica e do reconhecimento da legitimidade da arbitragem pelo judiciário, entramos em uma nova fase na qual o incentivo à utilização do instituto depende de sua capacidade de trazer soluções às dificuldades identificadas pelos agentes deste mercado.
