Dynamic 3D Imaging
This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the Dynamic 3D Imaging Workshop, Dyn3D 2009, held in Jena, Germany as an associated event of DAGM 2009, the main international conference of the "Deutsche Arbeitsgemeinschaft für Mustererkennung". The 13 revised full papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected for inclusion in the book. The papers cover a range of topics of current interest: fundamentals of ToF- sensors, algorithms and data fusion and applications of dynamic 3D scene analysis. Cameras for 3D depth imaging, using either time-of-flight (ToF) or structured light sensors, have received a lot of attention recently and have been improved considerably over the last few years. The Influence of Human Rights on International Law
This volume discusses the impact of human rights law on other fields of international law. Does international human rights law modify other fields of international law? Contributions focus on possible spillover effects of human rights on international economic or international criminal law. Does international human rights law have a streamlining effect on international law as a whole? This might be identified as a process of constitutionalisation. In this book, human rights can be understood as one of the core principles of international legal order and thus have an effect on the general law of treaties or on the settlement of disputes. Although human rights law is a relatively young field of international law, its content and core values today are of major importance for the interpretation of international law as a whole. As we witness a redefinition of sovereignty as a responsibility of states towards the people and a shift to greater relevance of the individual in international law in general, it is a logical consequence that human rights have an impact on other areas of international law.

The purpose of this volume is to present current work of the Intelligent Computer Graphics community, a community growing up year after year. Timing Jitter in Time-of-Flight Range Imaging Cameras
This book explains how depth measurements from the Time-of-Flight (ToF) range imaging cameras are influenced by the electronic timing-jitter. The author presents jitter extraction and measurement techniques for any type of ToF range imaging cameras. The author mainly focuses on ToF cameras that are based on the amplitude modulated continuous wave (AMCW) lidar techniques that measure the phase difference between the emitted and reflected light signals. The book discusses timing-jitter in the emitted light signal, which is sensible since the light signal of the camera is relatively straightforward to access. The specific types of jitter that present on the light source signal are investigated throughout the book. The book is structured across three main sections: a brief literature review, jitter measurement, and jitter influence in AMCW ToF range imaging.
