O Moralmente Possível e a Semântica de Termos Modais na Filosofia do Direito de Kant
Em "Princípios metafísicos da doutrina do direito" (1797), Immanuel Kant (1724-1804) faz uso de certos conceitos modais que são determinantes para a fundamentação de sua doutrina jurídica. Porém, pouca atenção foi dada pelos intérpretes ao sentido e à importância desses conceitos no sistema jurídico elaborado pelo autor, revelando uma lacuna nas pesquisas sobre o tema. Tendo isso em vista, este livro pretende mostrar que a elucidação dos termos modais utilizados pelo filósofo, especialmente o termo "possível", oferece uma nova chave de leitura que pode esclarecer o modo pelo qual ele desenvolve sua doutrina jurídica em consonância com a sua filosofia moral universalista.
