International Conference on Islamic Early Childhood Education in Multiperspectives (ICECEM) 2022 is a program of the Early Childhood Education study program at Prof.KH Saifuddin Zuhri Purwokerto State Islamic University. Pemilih pemula dalam sistem pemilihan umum harus tetap menerapkan dan menjalankan kedaulatan rakyat yang merupakan lembaga demokrasi. Dan secara teoritis pemilihan umum merupakan rangkaian kehidupan negara yang demokratis. Keikutsertaan pemilih pemula dalam pelaksanaan politik di NKRI masih acap kali terlaksana pasang surut. Dengan keikutsertaan pemilih pemula yang meningkat, dapat mengindikasikan kualitas demokrasi di Indonesia yang semakin baik.
