I believe what you think about, you bring about, and all thoughts become things. I am an ordinary girl living an extraordinary life because of this thought process. It's quite simple, and I will go through and explain how easy it can be! As I am an aesthetician, you would think this book is about skin (although I will cover mind-body-skin connection).
