A obra investiga o processo de incorporação das normas do MERCOSUL no Direito brasileiro. O processo de produção normativa é caracterizado pela intergovernabilidade e se aperfeiçoa com a internalização aos ordenamentos nacionais, que dispendem diferentes tratamentos constitucionais às normas integracionistas.
