Sie analysiert die im Wortlaut sehr offene Regelung der Europaischen Erbrechtsverordnung zu Gerichtsstandsvereinbarungen und ordnet diese dabei in das System der Verordnung und des europaischen internationalen Zivilverfahrensrechts ein.
