George Kohl Jr., son of George (Georg) Kohl and Catharine, was born 10 Jan 1759 in Cumru Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania. He married Maria Gretha Bunsh, daughter of Thomas Bunsh/Punch and Maria (Molly), on 24 Aug 1780. They had 8 children. George died intestate about 28 Feb 1824 in Cumru Township, Berks, Pennsylvania. Maria died 28 Mar 1832. Their descendants have lived in Pennsylvania, Illinois, Oklahoma, Iowa, Utah, Wisconsin, and other areas in the United States.
