El apremio es una medida cautelar que se dicta en contra del progenitor que adeuda más de dos pensiones alimenticias en favor de su menor hijo, causándole una afectación en su derecho a la libertad personal, entre otros derechos que le corresponde. En este sentido, este libro pretende describir cómo esta media afecta al menor y cuáles son las alternativas legales que existen para poder asegurar el cumplimento del pago de las pensiones alimenticias sin que se vulnere el derecho de los menores al momento de haber un retraso en dicho pago.
