This volume presents a tapestry of narratives in which the lived experiences of eight racially minoritized theologians and biblical scholars are woven together to present an interdisciplinary exploration of the direct impact that ethnocultural traditions have in shaping the way people read and interpret the biblical text. Moving beyond traditional approaches to biblical hermeneutics steeped in Euro-normativity, Canadian scholars from Latino/a, Chinese, Korean, Indian, Cree, and AfriCaribbean backgrounds draw on their respective locations to articulate how their communities engage the Bible. Together they show that ethnicity and cultural tradition enrich how different communities weave their life stories with the biblical text in hope of finding wisdom within it. By focusing on questions rooted in their particular traditions, these diverse hermeneutical engagements show narrative to be central to the interpretive task within diverse ethnocultural communities.

Guide to Historical Resources in the Regional Municipality of Waterloo identifies the archival collections of over one hundred and seventy-five museums, libraries, archives, government offices, social agencies, clubs and business in the Waterloo region and beyond. It provides a comprehensive approach to surveying the community, and should suggest to the creative research further avenues for investigation. The guide will facilitate access to many areas of historical study, and will be of interest to teachers, students, and researcher of local history as well as members of government and heritage organizations in the Waterloo region. The survey of historical resources was a project of Doon Heritage Crossroads' curatorial and research staff, and was made possible by the work of dedicated volunteers and by the support of the Regional Municipality of Waterloo, the Ministry of Culture and Communications and the Good Foundation.

Listening for Change challenges those who wish to lead in healing and reconciliation with Native American communities, showing the need to be quiet and listen. Even before the civil rights era and the accompanying American Indian Movement, indigenous Americans have insisted that White America is not listening. Scholars since Vine Deloria Jr. have called out academics for their blindness and deafness to the insights of Indians. M. B. Lang brings an account of her determination to listen to what young Native Americans have been telling the larger culture in which they find themselves. The digital age provided a platform from which a new generation could make itself heard, and Lang has aimed to listen respectfully.
