Cyber Campus : Uniting and expanding the cybersecurity ecosystem
On 16 July, at the instigation of the President of the Republic, the Prime Minister entrusted Michel Van Den Berghe with the task of studying the feasibility of a "cyber campus" with all the players in the digital ecosystem. His aim: to define a new center of gravity for digital security and trust in France and Europe. The prefiguration report for the Cyber Campus was presented at the 2020 International Cybersecurity Forum in Lille by Cédric O, Secretary of State for Digital Affairs, and Michel Van Den Berghe. This document defines the major missions as well as the vision for this unifying project. It also presents the keys to its success, directly from the opportunity study that is also proposed.

Le 16 juillet dernier, sous l’impulsion du Président de la République, le premier ministre a confié à Michel Van Den Berghe*, la mission d’étudier la faisabilité d’un « campus cyber » auprès de l’ensemble des acteurs de l’écosystème numérique. Son objectif : définir un nouveau centre de gravité de la sécurité et de la confiance numériques en France et en Europe. Le rapport de préfiguration du Campus Cyber a été présenté lors du Forum International de la Cybersécurité 2020 à Lille par Cédric O, Secrétaire d’État chargé du Numérique, et Michel Van Den Berghe. Ce document définit les grandes missions ainsi que la vision pour ce projet fédérateur. VICES OU VERTUS ?
Longtemps la distinction entre le bien et le mal, les vertus et les vices, s'est présentée comme absolue, tranchée par la volonté de Dieu, l'ordre de la Nature, le cours de l'Histoire ou encore l'essence de l'Homme. Aujourd'hui, le désenchantement du monde, l'évolution des techno-sciences, la libéralisation des mœurs et les horreurs historiques du dernier siècle semblent avoir irrésistiblement brouillé les notions mêmes du bien et du mal, la frontière entre elles devenant toute relative jusqu'au fond des consciences auxquelles on intime maintenant de « ne surtout pas juger ». Il est donc urgent de penser à nouveaux frais « les vices et les vertus », dans leur distinction et leur articulation, si l'on veut échapper aux violences de la décivilisation collective et de la démoralisation personnelle.
